The original contains two errors. An infinitive must follow the verb intend. Not hardly any is unacceptable usage; acceptable options are either hardly any or few. (B) fails to correct the intend error and changes the meaning by using hard as an adjective that modifies bargains rather than any . (C) fails to correct not hardly. (E) fails to correct the intend error.
