Question:Only the most ---- taster can differentiate between brand name and generic colas.

Choices:
A. motivated
B. equivocal
C. aberrant
D. discerning
E. compliant

Only people who have taste and cultivation in this field can tell the difference between the generic and the real deal. Discerning means just that. As for the other answer choices, motivation has nothing to do with the ability of telling the difference between two things. Nor does equivocal, which means undecided, or aberrant, meaning deviant, or compliant, which means yielding.
